Return Policy:
Milo & June has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item/items to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is also required. To start a return, you can contact us at info@miloandjune.com.. Please note that any customer requesting a return is responsible for any return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.You can always contact us for any return question at info@miloandjune.com.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and correct the issue.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you receive your preferred item is to return the item you have already purchased, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Milo & June E-Gift Card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. We do not provide cash refunds. We will accept returns for store credit only within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time.
Returns/exchanges will NOT be accepted under the following conditions:
- Any items that are returned damaged
- Any items returned that appear to be worn, washed and/or altered
- Any items returned with pet hair, makeup stains, food stains or stains of any kind
- Any items returned with a strong perfume scent, body odor and/or cigarette odor
- Any items returned with rips and/or holes
- Any items that arrive at our facility AFTER 30 days of the original purchase date
Any items returned to our Distribution Center that do not qualify will be discarded.
